Return & Resolution
At Bamboopecker, every piece is handcrafted with care, using natural materials and traditional techniques. We take great pride in delivering products that meet our quality standards and your expectations.
We kindly request customers to inspect their order at the time of delivery.
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@bamboopecker.com or calling +91 82960 07333.
To help us resolve the matter efficiently, a continuous unboxing video, recorded from the moment the original sealed package is opened, is required.
Resolution Process
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices intact.
- Once the item is received at our warehouse and undergoes a quality inspection, we will arrange a replacement or repair, as deemed appropriate.
- Pick-up for eligible cases will be coordinated by our team wherever possible. In certain locations, customers may be requested to ship the product securely to avoid transit damage.
Important Notes
- As our products are handcrafted and hand-finished, slight variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish are natural and celebrate the uniqueness of each piece. These variations are not considered defects.
- Prices listed are MRP, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Given the handcrafted nature of our creations, concerns arising from normal wear and tear, improper installation, commercial usage, accidental damage, unauthorized alterations, or consumable components such as bulbs or batteries fall outside our service coverage.
- Refunds or store credits, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
