Bier Loft – A Fusion of Craftsmanship & Contemporary Design
Designed by Local Studio for Gautham, Bier Loft embodies the balance between traditional craftsmanship and modern aesthetics. A key highlight is the stunning lighting installation, featuring towering cane and rattan lights up to 9 feet tall, cascading dramatically within the double-height ceiling.
With a tight timeline and our non-displacement strategy—ensuring artisans work from their hometowns—we optimized the design for efficient transport with a low-carbon footprint. Led by Dheeraj, our artisan partner in Assam, the lights were handcrafted, packaged, and shipped to Bangalore for final assembly and quality checks.
The result? A breathtaking centerpiece that defines Bier Loft’s ambiance. This project exemplifies Bamboopecker’s mission—bridging rural artisans with urban markets while delivering exceptional craftsmanship and sustainable design.
