Our first large scale bamboo project, a restaurant at Mayfair On Sea, Morjim, Goa. The restaurant is more than 10 MTR tall that has withstood the strongest cyclone to hit coastal Goa in 2022. Bamboo, known for its structural properties that can withstand heavy winds and earthquakes, came to the fore with this structure.
Primarily built with Balcoa bamboo, we were the first to bend the world’s second strongest bamboo to create the columns of the structure.
Another unique feature of this structure is the absence of a central column, that stands tall with its massive truss network.
